"Picture Magnets"

I want to share with others the idea of making picture magnets as a customized way of sharing your faith with others. For many years I have made small business card sized messages with Scriptures and other inspirational sayings and distributed them. On a few occasions I have even attached these business cards to a magnet.

Recently I printed scenic photos I've taken over the years along with an inspirational thought and made these into magnetized business cards. I would like to share this idea with others.  I feel these are more likely to have keeping value and may be placed on a fridge, file cabinet, school locker or other metal surface.

Tips and Ideas:
1) You can buy either sheets of magnet paper or business card sized magnets. Either way you will probably need to trim for a good factory finish type fit. I am printing on 8.5x11 photo paper and then placing on the magnets.
2) Use the template setting for business cards. Here's one in WORD. (This will download slowly)
3) Place a photo that really looks good at a small size with appropriate Scripture or inspirational saying. Use you photo software to do this. Insert the image into the template and then copy and paste the image to fill the page.
4) I suggest placing a web address that has contenton the card . That way it extends the value of the card beyond the text that is on it. You are welcome to use the dailyencouragement.net site!
5) Churches could use these cards in visitor's packets and ministries could use these cards as prayer reminders.
6) However my greatest interest is seeing them used by individuals who will distribute them as a witness!
